About BiscuitPurr

BiscuitPurr is a small, independent pet supply shop based in the United States. We are named after the two things our own pets ask for most — biscuits and purrs — and we build our catalog around that same simple idea: practical, affordable gear that makes everyday life with a cat or dog easier.

We keep our range narrow and deliberate. We sell cat toys, cat litter tools, grooming brushes and combs, harnesses, collars and leashes. Rather than listing thousands of items, we work through a small number of products at a time and keep the ones that hold up to daily use. Every product page uses photographs of the exact item we ship.

How we work

We work directly with manufacturers and ship from their facilities to your door. Sourcing this way lets us keep prices low without cutting corners on materials. Orders typically arrive within 6–12 business days inside the United States, and every order includes tracking so you can follow it from dispatch to delivery.

Our promise

If something arrives damaged, does not match its listing, or simply is not right for your pet, contact us within 30 days and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund. The full details are in our refund policy, and our shipping policy explains delivery times and costs.
